Rod is an ex-gang leader from Junon. He stole a Shin-Ra motorcycle to show off his talent. He lost in a fight with Reno afterwards. Reno saw Rod's potential and offered him a job in the Turks. |

President of the Shin-Ra Electric Power Company. He believes in controling people through money and lies. He will do anything to increase his wealth. When AVALANCHE starts to pose as a threat to his company he reacts with brute force |

Soon-to-be head of Shin-Ra's Urban Development and WRO, currently he is just an employee in Urban Development Bureau. When the Turks are forced in to hiding, Reeve risks his life to help them any way he can |

Vice President of Shin-Ra. Rufus is normally away on business trips. He disagrees with the way his father runs the company. He believes people should be controled through fear |

A member of the Turks. His partner is Rude. He is always see wearing his jacket unbuttoned and his dress shirt untucked. He acts very unprofessional but is good at what he does and proud to be a Turk. He is the fastest member of the Turks and uses an EMR (electro-magnetic rod) as a weapon. He doesn't seem to take much of anything seriously |

A member of the Turks. His partner is Reno. Rude is naturally bald and has a goatee. He always wears sun glasses. Rude is one the strongest members of the Turks and his fighting style represents that of a boxer |

> Sephiroth is a 1st Class SOLDIER in Shin-Ra. His role in the game is not that large. He is a hero to the people of Midgar known for winning the Shin-Ra/Wutai war. He is known through out the world. Sephiroth was one of the people involved with the Nibelheim incident along with Clou and Zack. He set fire to Nibelheim and murdered many citizens |

A 1st Class SOLDIER from Gongaga. Zack is a light hearted man who cares for all his friends and would risk his life for them. In fact he did. Zack was one of the people involved with Nibelheim incident along with Cloud and Sephiroth. He was gunned down by Shin-Ra SOLDIERs on his way to Midgar with Cloud. He also used to date Aerith Gainsborough |

He lost his arm to Shin-Ra soldiers and had it replaced with a gun. He adopts his best friend's daughter Marlene |

A tour guide in Nibelheim. She is a good friend to Cloud. While Cloud was in Midgar she learned martial arts from her sensei, Zangan. Her father was killed by Sephiroth in the Nibelheim incident. Afterwards she travels to Midgar with Zangan and joins AVALANCHE. |

Leader of the Turks. Veld was leader through out most of Before Crisis. Some time between Before Crisis and Final Fantasy VII Tseng takes his place. Veld cares deeply for all the Turks |
